Current Status:
Publicly available opinions through the 2021 Terms including deserting opinions from denials of cert.  Because the US Reports were the original source of text, the corpus includes opinions from 1750 in selected colonies/States.

Goal:
Develop content to include all available opinions include formal dissents to denial of cert, briefs, and oral arguments.  Derive sufficient descriptive metadata to allow search filtering and useful facets result sets.

Background:
The first feasibility test was conducted in 2014.  An early issues identified was that available on line texts were missing various opinions.
