Status:
The initial record set of the first three volumes has been loaded. Most text entry’s do not have dates. To allow for better set scoping, records need to be reviewed and assigned specific dates.
Goal:
Add Farrand’s The Records of the Federal Convention of 1787 to COFEA and if possible create a stand along corpus.
Bacckground:
According to the Library of Congress, Farrand’s Records of the Federal Convention of 1787 is “One of the great scholarly works of the early twentieth century. . . . Farrand’s work gathered the documentary records of the Constitutional Convention.” Challenges include determining what specific date entries were created and generating metadata such as date and author.
